At Salty Reefs, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Dry Goods (Equipment, Additives, Food, Supplies)

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Non‑Returnable Items

• Live animals (corals, fish, inverts)

• Opened food, additives, or chemicals

• Gift cards

• Clearance items
